Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

By downloading or using GiliChat (the "Service"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use GiliChat. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that you are under 18, your account will be immediately terminated.

2. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

GiliChat is designed to be a safe and fun place to meet new people. By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

Display nudity, sexually explicit content, or engage in sexual acts on camera.
Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
Broadcast illegal, dangerous, or excessively violent acts.
Spam other users or use the platform for commercial solicitation.
Share or request sensitive personal information (e.g., phone numbers, home addresses, financial info) from strangers.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to permanently ban any user, without warning or refund, who violates these guidelines based on user reports or our internal moderation systems.

3. User Generated Content & Liability

GiliChat connects you with random users in real-time. We do not pre-screen or monitor live video chats. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. WIDS Corp. assumes no responsibility or liability for the conduct of any user or the content they broadcast. Please use the in-app "Report" button if you encounter inappropriate behavior.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (GiliChat PRO)

GiliChat offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions ("GiliChat PRO").

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase. Deleting your GiliChat account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
No Refunds for Bans: If your account is banned for violating our Community Guidelines, you will not receive a refund for any active subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software associated with GiliChat are the exclusive property of WIDS Corp. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIDS Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
